How long have you been skating? About eighteen months, with two out for a broken ankle

Why did you get involved in roller derby? It was the only socially acceptable way to skate!

How often do you practice? 8 hours a week on skates, 4-5 hours off skates CV

What Pads do you use?  Pro tec I really should buy new ones, I started on these pads!

What Helmet do you use?  Pro tec, ditto above.

What skates do you use? At the moment I have Riedell Vandals, but currently some beautiful custom Antiks are making their way towards me across the Atlantic.

What were your first pair of roller derby skates? The first pair I can remember were some Bauer Turbos in about 1993.

Where did your nick name come from? Ramona Flowers, super cool parcel delivering skating heroine from the Scott Pilgrim comics.

What is your favourite part about being a Roller girl? The amazing friends I have met through roller derby and getting to be part of shaping a fantastic, exciting new sport.

Any top tips for up and coming Derby Superstars? Always push yourself that little bit further than you think you can go and never lose the fun!
