Refs and NSO Profiles
The Refs and NSOs (Non Skating Officials) of Roller Derby are the heroes that keep everything in line.
It takes a certain type of person that wants to get in the middle of women in battle and tell them they are doing something wrong, and for that we salute you.
Somehow, in the chaos and action it is these people, that deliver penalties, structure and a clear idea of the score. Without these folk we would be at a loss.
