N/A We skate under our legal names

What is your favorite part about being a Roller girl?
All aspects of the playing sport, it is athletic and fun, but I would have to say the best part is the people. Everyone involved in derby is positive, and enthusiastic about the sport, which keeps it exciting. All the people that I meet playing scrimmages and games keeps the sport alive. As a player on the Charlotte Speed Demons, I have a wonderful group of girls that I get to skate with, and an amazing team of coaches!

Any top tips for up and coming Derby Superstars?
Keep working hard, and don’t give up! With practice and dedication you can do anything you set your mind to! The great thing about derby is that everyone has a place they fit in. There are different positions, which require different strengths, therefore figure out your talent, and work it!
