Since December 2009

Why did you get involved in roller derby?
One of my friends took me to a bout in October 2009 and I just knew I had to play!

How often do you practice?
3 times a week

What Pads do you use?
Smiths scabs

What Helmet do you use?
Protec helmet

What skates do you use?
Altmura boots on Invader plates

What were your first pair of skates?
R3s!

Where did your nick name come from?
Long before I even considered roller derby my brother gave me a tiny crowbar with ‘Lil Outlaw’ written on it (in case of zombie attack). When trying to come up with my derby name it seemed the perfect choice!

What is your favourite part about being a Roller girl?
I love that it is such an accepting sport and I love the confidence and ass it has given me!

Any top tips for up and coming Derby Superstars?
Training is important, it’s NOT an easy sport and don’t be a dick, you need to be a team!
